Do you provide copy-ready DNS records?

How often should I scan my domain?
We recommend weekly scans for active domains and daily scans if you're making DNS changes. Pro and Business plans include automated scheduled scans with email alerts so you're notified immediately when issues arise.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 1 domain, manual scans, full DNS security checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), blacklist monitoring, and copy-ready fix recommendations. No credit card required.
How do I fix a failing SPF record?
Common SPF issues include exceeding the 10 DNS lookup limit, using +all (too permissive), or syntax errors. Our scan identifies the specific issue and provides a corrected SPF record you can copy directly to your DNS.
What DMARC policy should I use?
Start with p=none to monitor without affecting delivery. After reviewing reports and ensuring legitimate emails pass, upgrade to p=quarantine, then p=reject for maximum protection. Our scan shows your current policy strength and recommends the next step.
How do I get delisted from a blacklist?
Each blacklist has its own delisting process. Our scan identifies which lists you're on and provides direct links to their delisting pages. Most delistings take 24-48 hours for automatic lists, or 1-7 days for manual review.
Do you support Google Workspace and Office 365?
Yes! MXScan works with all email providers including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, Fastmail, and self-hosted solutions. We automatically detect your provider and tailor recommendations accordingly.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We only scan publicly available DNS records. We don't access your email content, credentials, or private data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Security page for details.
Can I cancel anytime?
